Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The product must be in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable) must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Customers must provide a clear unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package without cuts or edits in case of damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and return shipping details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- a defective item
- a missing item
- or the wrong product
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inatelystore@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos of the issue
- mandatory unboxing video proof
Claims without proper unboxing video proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used personal care products
- Beauty and hygiene products once opened or used
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return the item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
